Damp Aegis: During Combat, once per turn, the cloak grants the wearer Water Layer Protection until the wearer takes damage. When you have Water Layer Protection, you cannot Burn, are Resistant to Fire Damage, but Vulnerable to Cold and Lightning Damage.
